Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for the services you book and the time being used for those services. Canceling short notice doesn’t give me enough time to fill someone else in. 50% payment is still required if changes are not made within 24 hours advance of your reservation. Please understand that menstruation is no longer accepted as a cancellation reason.

Recurring appointments please!! Because Ki To Beauty is key for me!
